Applying my Bachelor's in business, I bring clarity and productivity to other companies in the test and software programs I develop. My experience in customer service taught me that there are similar obstacles that all companies face when innovating products or processes. With that in mind, I strive to create user-friendly tests to help companies develop and grow. After completing an internal UFT & GSR training program I now write & test various utilities by assignment. SQL Database maintenance for GSR is another skill that I’m developing at CAE Integration.
